Duarte Garcia, Caselli Guimaraes e Terra Advogados DGCGT is one of the most traditional law firms in Sao Paulo, the largest Brazilian city, and main trade and industrial center of Latin America.

With nearly 60 years of experience, the founding partners Mario Sergio Duarte Garcia and Luiz Arthur Caselli Guimaraes today share the activities, dedicating all efforts, competence, enthusiasm and professional growth. DGCGT resorts to 23 partners, 23 engaged attorneys and 29 trainees.

They established the office in 1958 in the vicinities of the School of Law of the University of Sao Paulo and the courts, in the downtown region of the capital city and, in 1997, they merged Terra, Nacle e Terra Advogados, led by Marcelo Terra, to the firm.

In China, where it has installed its office 5 year ago in Beijing to service Brazilian companies with business established there, the servicing is under the command of partner Heloisa Bonciani Nader Di Cunto.
